We will give you a 15 day return policy for non-defective
merchandise that was ordered
in the wrong size or color. Items returned within
15 days from the original shipment are
entitled to an exchange if they are returned in new, unused and in saleable
condition. If item is no
longer available, we will
offer you a comparable item
or refund your money.

Orders may be cancelled if items have not been shipped. On our hand
crafted furniture, we require cancellation within 24 hours of placing your
original order. If there is a need to cancel an order, you must e-mail us at:

No order is considered cancelled until you receive a return e-mail from us
verifying that the item has been cancelled. If your order has already been
shipped, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (original and
return).
Bones by Jones will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
